Robin Ticic, born in New York City in 1948, has a B.A. in Psychology from the University of Pennsylvania and is a licensed counselor in Germany, where she has lived since 1980. She is married and has four sons. In addition to a private practice specializing in trauma therapy, she has extensive experience in the area of courses and counseling for parents, and is a communications expert. Together with Zach Davis she is the originator of the Communications Matrix©.
